LumberFlow
Software for lumber dealers. Radar ranks local construction activity into a daily project queue for sales teams. Procurement turns supplier emails, quotes, and market signals into buyer-approved purchasing decisions.
Radar is construction lead software for lumberyard and LBM dealer sales teams. It monitors local construction activity every day and ranks it into a prioritized project queue, scored on profitability potential and deal size, so outside reps start the day deciding rather than searching. Radar is in Private Beta, activated by invitation while supported territories expand.
Procurement is available now for email-driven lumber buying. It reads incoming supplier emails, extracts every quote — species, grade, dimensions, $/MBF pricing — and organizes sourcing requests on a visual Kanban board, alongside daily market analysis, price forecasts, and automated RFQ generation.
Radar and Procurement are sold separately and do not exchange workflow data today. Both are built for the same buyer: North American lumber distributors who need better information to chase the right jobs and pay the right price.
Founder & Supply Chain Technologist — 10+ years in wood products supply chain and pricing systems
LumberFlow was built by a lumber supply chain veteran who spent years watching buyers drown in email-based procurement and watching sales teams miss projects moving through their territory unseen. The platform is designed for the way lumber is actually bought and sold — with species-specific pricing in $/MBF, pack-based quantities, and supplier relationships that matter.
LumberFlow is based in Seattle, WA. For a demo, Enterprise pricing, or Radar territory coverage, reach out at alex.wu@lumberflow.com or through the contact page.
